They suggested I contact a plumber. Damon Kolocuris with ER Plumbing came over this morning. I cannot recommend him enough. He is very professional and thorough. I highly recommend ER Plumbing.

I had what I suspected was a sewer main break, which Sammy quickly diagnosed, gave a temporary fix so I could get through the night, and a plan to return the next morning. All necessary locate services showed up the next day to ensure no utilities would be affected, and he fixed it permanently, including checking unaffected areas to ensure they didn’t have latent issues. 10/10, would use again.

It took less than an hour and he was very informative about the situation. I’m 80 and I hate to be talked down to and he was very respectful. Of talking to an old lady. I am grateful he’s the one that came, even if he did have to work on Easter Sunday.
