  I gave 2 stars because I didn't even use this plumbing co.and their techs COULD be great, but while on the search for one I was immediately turned off by the rude and unprofessional tone of the lady who answered the phone. She dismissed our issue at first as something they couldn't do but I believe I didn't explain it well. My husband then reiterated it to her and she said they were slammed and couldn't come out for about 3 days. I get it, but her attitude was literally oozing from my phone for no reason lol. We had a leak in our water line from the house to the well pump. The pump itself was fine and working it was the line. Anyway I'm glad we didn't try to go forward with them I got a very bad feeling from the first phone call. We ended up using ER PLUMBING in Mint Hill and they were great communicators, reasonably priced and their excellent tech came out same day and was done in 30 min. Easy money I'm glad we could give to them instead of this company. First impressions matter is what I want to point out.

They are reliable, professional, and incredibly friendly, a rare combination these days! Both times they arrived on schedule, explained everything clearly, and made sure the job was done right. I highly recommend Spencer Plumbing to anyone looking for trustworthy, top-quality plumbing work.

  I had not had problems with them in the past until the last time when the plumber arrived intoxicated. They ended up leaving a mess, took down a ceiling light and threw out the mounting hardware and took a bucket of mine. When calling later to respectfully report the problems, they were not apologetic and did not try to remedy the situation.

  Hired to install a new dishwasher. Realized once they were here they needed to re-route some water lines and didn't have the right parts. I was told I would get a call to re-schedule. After no call, I spent 3 days trying to re-schedule. I always got the same answer...John stepped away from the office, on the other line, etc. Never a call back. I will be going with a new contractor and will not use these folks again.
