  Had gotten estimates to replace the half moon tops of Palladium windows. Estimates were running in the thousands, plus overselling. Window replacement seems to have become the new door-to-door sales tactics. Contacted Action Glass & Mirror as my husband had bought glass shelving for a corner cabinet in my kitchen years ago from them. They came out when they said, gave me an estimate the next day and to replace the glass only on the half moon tops of the windows was a few hundred dollars instead of several thousand and an excellent job was done.

  Awesome people and service. First experience with them was in 2017 for a custom glass desktop for my office. They came and replaced glass for us for a handful of windows in 2020. My most recent experience in 2022 they custom cut a couple of glass pieces for barrel tops. They turned out great. If you have glass needs this is the spot if you want it done right.

  I was pleased with the job the service men did on my windows. They were friendly and courteous. There was one problem, in my opinion, they did not wear booties when coming in the house. This was a day that it had rained a couple of hours before they came. Booties were definitely needed. I realize it was not the fault of the workers but their management who does not provide booties and does not require their workers to wear them.
