We were really blessed to work with the seller Ken Ward and the construction manager Fabricio. When you move into home, most people tell you to be careful because most sellers really just see u as a sale, but Ken was absolutely different. He organized and very clear with what he was telling. He made sure we got our warranties set up, answer everyone of questions as if he was buying the house. He also went over and beyond by taking pics of our new house, giving us a welcome basket, offering time to help us with home decorations ideas, and much more. For our construction manager Fabricio, he constantly checked on us to make sure we were comfortable with how the house with setup and if we needed anything. He also took his time with blue tape to make sure he looked at as a customer would. He even offered us help moving in and much more. We couldn't have asked for better experience. We were truly blessed from the Lord to get this house and to work with these people. We wouldn't want any other home and anyone looking for one should absolutely check these homes out.
