Alex and Samuel were great! Very professional and knowledgeable. They figured out the problem quickly and fixed it on the spot. Our washing machine was leaking, and we didn’t know if it was a problem with a pipe or if our septic tank was full. They knew about both plumbing and septic, so they were able to diagnose the problem easily. I highly recommend them!

PREDATORY PRICING - $25K (10x) overestimated. I had an estimate done on my septic in '24 from Quality. There was some excess water around the system. Quality came out to look at it and gave 3 estimates, the highest one (which they recommended) was for $28K. I had them pull the permit but the inspector from Chatham Co. hesitated to write it because he could find *nothing* wrong with the system. Worse, he said even if the entire system needed to be replaced, it shouldn't have come anywhere near $28K. If Quality disagrees, they can take it up with the inspector and argue with him. I got him to write one anyway and got two other companies to come out to look at it. Neither could find much, if anything, wrong with the system, let alone needing to replace the whole thing. We finally drained the whole system to get a good look at it (which Quality never did) and would up replacing a pump (I believe) just to be safe for $2,500. Even when I went back to Quality about the feedback from the inspector and other companies they still insisted that the whole system was bad and that they had "photos" to prove everything and were very argumentative. So they were right and Chatham Co. septic inspector and two other septic companies were totally wrong? Or more likely, they were trying to gauge me a ridiculous amount of money, in this case $25K (nearly 10x) more than I wound up paying. If you read this review and still consider this company at least get 2 other quotes and carefully compare them. If you still hire them and have to pull a permit, verify what they said was wrong was actually wrong with the inspector before paying to "fix" it. UPDATE - In response to owner Your response confirms my exact warning to other customers: you quoted $28,000 for a "long-term solution" on a drainfield that, by your own written admission in this reply, had "no active issues." A responsible diagnosis involves actually draining the system to find the root cause—which turned out to be a $2,500 pump failure—not immediately proposing a total system replacement based on surface observations. You are also aware the permit was only issued because I explicitly pushed the inspector to write it so I could get competing bids, not because he found "qualifying factors" to justify a $28,000 tear-out. Furthermore, my personal septic inspector for bi-annual inspections—who has decades of experience—indicated he had never seen pricing like yours and was highly dubious of the entire quote for a system he had been actively monitoring. In total, four independent professionals with over 100 years of combined industry experience (the county inspector, my personal inspector, and two other companies) unanimously disputed your assessment and your pricing. The system is now functioning perfectly for 1/10th of your quoted price. I stand by my review: homeowners must get multiple quotes and independently verify your claims before paying for unnecessary total replacements.

Hired them for septic tank replacement which they talked me into. They cut through my HVAC line and put the septic in the wrong way place: Before signing on I asked if they could place the new a certain distance away from my decking for compliance reasons. They said no problem. I confirmed several more times including with the installing tech when he showed up day of install. I eventually came outside to see the tank in the wrong place, the tech said he “actually looked it up and realized this distance was fine (not true)”. I got two different and completely unrelated excuses later from the company. Clearly some combination of lazy and incompetent.
