Coleman and Tyler came out and spent 2 days at my house. They were punctual, professional, courteous and kind. They got to work right away and didn’t stop until it was done! They did an amazing job and replaced the pipes and kept me informed of their progress and explained what was going on in laymen’s terms. From the beginning to the end it was a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend. Thank you Justin, Coleman and Tyler! Job well done!

He wrote up an estimate to dig down to discover the leak. I agreed to the price. He dug down to discover the leak was from the outside faucet and not the water line. He then wrote up another estimate to remove and replace the damaged faucet. I agreed to that price even though I thought the price was high. He had to go get a replacement faucet. QS charged more to replace the faucet than they did to dig down to discover the problem. The technician replaced the faucet, test to ensure there were no leaks and back filled the trench. He took video of the steps involved. He did a great job but the overall price was out of budget and if we have to have more work done we will have to review our options. We had used QS before to pump our septic system and that is why we called them. They do excellent work but are expensive.
