Edgar Melo was the technician who did the maintenance on my HVAC system. He was by far the most thorough technician MTB has ever sent to my home and I’ve been using them for 13 years! He was prompt, courteous, very thorough with the service on my AC and inspected my thermostats as well. My dogs loved him!! I highly recommend MTB and if you can, ask for Edgar! You won’t be sorry.

The technicians took the time to contact us when they were 30 minutes out from our scheduled appointment. Upon arrival they wore protective shoe covers and went over our system thoroughly . Before leaving, they provided us with a complete statement of the work completed. Great job!

Thank you, Charles, for the excellent service today!
For the MRB team, Charles conducted the courtesy call with a high level of professionalism. He was respectful of our home (even putting on booties) and took the time to answer all of our questions in clear, easy-to-understand terms for both me and my wife. He is truly an asset to MTB.
We look forward to seeing you again during the colder season for our next check-up.
Great service all around!
Built a new home in Concord, MTB was the contactor for HVAC systems. Got a maintenance contract on the 3 systems (Heat/AC/Aprilaire) installed with them. First visit was scheduled very easily - only a week or so out. Technician showed up on time. Tyrone was neat, quick, and friendly. Explained everything he was doing. Overall impression of the company and the folks I've dealt with is very positive. Would highly recommend!!!
MTB installed all three HVAC units in our new home about five years ago, and we stayed with them through a service contract and all maintenance because we trusted them.
Last year, they told us one unit needed a new evaporator coil and we paid over $2,000. This year, when our other two units had issues, MTB again said they required new evaporator coils. Three evaporator coil replacements on units under five years old raised serious red flags.
We got a second opinion from another HVAC company, and the problems were fixed for $250 total—no coil replacements needed.
Based on this experience, MTB either lacks the technical proficiency to properly diagnose issues or was attempting to sell unnecessary and extremely expensive repairs. Either way, it represents a serious breach of trust. We relied on them for installation, maintenance, and service, and instead felt taken advantage of.
If you want an HVAC company you can trust, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
