We were so happy with the MTB team!
Our HVAC system died during the recent cold weather. MTB was able to schedule an appointment for us the next day to check our system and then schedule to replace our HVAC system for a very reasonable price quickly.
All the team members were very professional and answered all our questions.
We have been loyal customers for many years and would not think of calling anyone else.

Good customer service. They just completed the heating service on our HVAC units. Tyrone, the technician, was on time. He also called to inform me when the service was complete. The only thing keeping it from 5 stars was he said he would email our report detailing what he did and what he found. That did not occur.
2/16 - coming back to update to 5 stars. Upon receipt of this, the service sheet as immediately sent to me. also in total honesty, technician did mail the sheet but it took longer to arrive and ended up in my SPAM folder. Not sure why when other MTB emails go straight to my inbox.
