  Casey went above and beyond to make sure my front door was airtight and secure. He took his time to insure everything was perfect. He is the right man for the job. Thanks again for everything you done for me and my wife.

  New construction …. Expressed concerns to the salesman about whether they were finished installing the shelving as they had left a mess with dust and debris , hardware all over the floors. They had misdrilled a dozen holes in the drywall causing added expense later. We also asked if he could please return to check as there was question as to whether there was proper bracing. His response was that they do not clean up and rather than offer to come and look at our concerns … called the builder complaining because we had bothered him with this ( we called him because the builder also would not address our concerns and never supervised his subs nor addressed substandard work) So we hoped everything would be secure , paid ourselves to fix their drywall mistakes , cleaned up , and moved on. Fast forward to move in day and this first closet collapsed with only a few pieces of clothing because they failed to put in the proper clips to secure. After a not so pleasant phone call to the sales team …the warranty team came out… who was actually very kind and found numerous failures in the installation process and said he corrected with proper bracing and brackets so we shall see. He was the only one who actually listened and was professional. It felt like all they wanted was to make a sell and bail …. Discounting valid concerns. We can not recommend for this reason … they gave no initial consideration to the actual homeowner and in his own words… do not clean up after themselves and will not be responsible if damages occur due to faulty workmanship.

  We needed a shower door replaced that had shattered. Spoke with Johnny who found our exact door, ordered it, and upon arrival, scheduled a prompt installation date. This was all done even with the Fourth of July holiday coming up. The two technicians were out here yesterday. They called ahead of time, were very nice, friendly, and took their shoes off before coming in the house. They were able to remove the shattered shower door, without making a mess, and install the new door in a timely manner. Would definitely use them again!
