I called Bunn's Heating and Air and they sent out a service technician named Michael who was very courteous and professional. He spent a few minutes checking my unit and informed me of the repair needed, a bad blower motor, and then gave me the total estimated cost. I was pleased to find while diagnosing the problem he had already pulled the bad motor and the cost of the repair was exactly within range of what to expect to pay for a bad blower motor. This is my only experience with this company but based on this experience I will be a lifetime customer for all my heating and air needs. Great service and the prices are exactly at the right range for what you should expect to pay, fantastic company.
