  Piedmont flooring done a wonderful job. Samuel and his helpers done excellent work. They refloored my entire mobile home. Looks new. They were professional and kept in touch during the progress. 👍

  Jason and his team were phenomenal! They are the prime example of why customers should shop small businesses. They were helpful, accomodating, kind, professional and I could go on! I would recommend them to anyone!

  Every one was easy to work with and they did an excellent job with the installation. After completion, I noticed a minor problem, so I contacted them and they quickly returned and corrected. No hassle. I appreciate that. Would highly recommend for your flooring needs.

  Went here to have carpet installed in my house and they told me they would come out and measure the following Saturday and that they would call the morning of to confirm. When Saturday came around they didn’t call or show up and I didn’t hear anything from them for almost a week. When they bothered to call me almost a week later no apologies no explanation they explained how they don’t normally do measurements on Saturdays even though they told me they would be there and call to confirm before coming. While talking to him I told him that we had decided to go with another company so he abruptly hung up on me so please learn from my mistake do not waste your time with this company they didn’t have any respect for me or my time and they probably won’t have any for you either! If I could give less than 1 star I would! They are on par with an insurance company and the cable company for customer service.
