  We purchased a shower door from Home Depot. The shower door glass broke. We got the serial number and called Home Depot. They told us that was from Delta, Shower Doors. Call Delta, and said it was one of our subcontractors that make them call liberty Shower Doors and Hardware. We put the claimant I had to put four times to add pictures. They wouldn’t respond then they said we can’t see him. Literally, I quote that we can’t see him. I was trying to be as patient as I could, but the statement was just ridiculous. I said I will send them again right now, but the fifth time I labeled all of them with notes. They were the same pictures I sent the first time. They got back to me four days later stating that now they could see him wow couldn’t see him before but now they can. Karen was the first one I spoke to at liberty shower glass doors. They moved it up to Angie. Angie is the one that said I can’t see. If they can’t see the picture maybe they are working in the wrong department. The pictures were taken with a iPhone 17 brand new phone. My career of skill comes from being an expert auto mechanic to a class, a firefighter in Chicago for 29 years. I I have a 100 ton near coastal/Great Lakes, United States Coast Guard license/Abell, Seaman special . Trying to get a settlement was ridiculous. The result said it was improperly installed with no reason where the air of installation was made. The Turk building owned by Andrew Turk has 20 apartments and 10 stores they are currently remodeling all 20 apartments with new PVC plumbing behind the wall, new kitchens and new remodeled bathrooms with Shower Doors. After the rejection and to make a claim, we called our professional shower door man, and he took a look at the product and he says the reason it failed was one because of the blocking on the bottom track is bad. Captain and Bob highly recommends never to buy a liberty glass door from Home Depot. They do not back up their products. Also, I was sent to one line for the purchase of the door with the specifications. They gave me with the serial number. The door is outdated and out of stock proof and a snapshot off the iPhone.
