With all of the types, colors and differences, I was getting quite frustrated in attempting to gather information from the 'car salesman type' sales people I was running into. I then went to Creative Spaces in Lexington (Raleigh Rd-MLK). From the very beginning, the sales person (Peyton) was very patient, offering options/suggestions in a non-aggressive manner. It was like I was shopping with a friend. She and the other sales associate, Cole, were very helpful, listening to my likes/disikes while providing information so I could make a decision. They didn't just run to me with the most expensive thing in the place, trying to make a sale. I was allowed to take samples home to compare many times. There was no eye-rolling or sighs of annoyance like I was bothering them or asking for too much consideration. Each time I went in I was greeted like an old friend. I was never made to feel like I was taking too long to decide... I purchased from there because of this. I love my new flooring!! Thanks guys!
