  Last week, Dallas came here to give me a price on replacing a window, some siding, and adding a gutter. From the moment I told him I was not able to replace every window his whole demeanor changed. I showed him first from the outside where things needed to be done. Although only one small section, may be using 2- 12foot pieces of siding, he said he would have to replace the entire wall up to my screen porch. That’s an additional 27 feet of vinyl siding that is perfectly fine. From there he needed to go inside, no problem. As I walked along the side of my house towards the front, he was racing ahead of me. I said “you walk too fast.“ He laughed and said yes, he does walk fast. I told him I cannot walk that fast because I have more rods and bolts in my spine than a 57 Buick. I was even wearing a back brace.As he went up the front steps, he kept saying “Joan come on up here come on come on.“ I am 75 years old and like I said, I have a very bad spine. So we went inside and he saw what he needed and then went outside saying “Joan, come to my truck, come,come. I wanna show you what I’d be giving you.“. It took me a minute to navigate my front steps and then walk the 20 feet over to his truck while he kept saying “Joan, come on, come on.“ He showed me the window, the siding, and the gutter that would be installed. Back inside for him to look at his numbers and give me a price. Again, rushing me to come up those steps. After he finished his spiel, as he shook my hand, he squeezed it so hard that the recently dislocated thumb knuckles popped. When I winced in pain, he smirked and gave me a look like “what did you expect.“. To replace that one window, the siding, and installed a gutter he quoted me over $4000.! Hanna, you need to have a talk with this guy. He is rude condescending and doesn’t listen to the customer. I won’t be calling you again.

  Let me begin by telling you, my experience from the inquiry call to final installation was seamless. The ladies in the office are so efficient, they have everything handled before you are off the phone. The installation process, this was the best part. The young men who came to my home were perfect. They were professional, efficient, fun, always smiling, patient, and very good at their job. My leads were Hunter and Isaac. They are young, they have trained their crews so well. Each and every one of them have a work ethic that is beyond reproach. I feel sad for other companies looking for great people, I know where they are, Window World. I could go on for hours about these young men, how kind, how they go so far above and beyond to please the customer. They were so kind to my silly little pup that he is still looking for them to arrive every morning. I am a senior, they reminded me of my boys, I wish I could adopt all of them. Finding crews like that is indeed, rare. The product, my home is so happy, my neighbors observation. Everything fits perfectly. We had a few custom things to deal with, it was a challenge. Let me just say, there is no challenge they cannot handle. I have no doubt they will do as well for you as they have for me. I can't say enough good about this company, the people who work there make it a pure delight. The product speaks for itself. I have not had to turn on my heat or my AC since the new doors and windows were installed. If you are in a quandary, choose Window World!!!

  We contracted with Window World to replace our siding, windows and gutters and their team did an amazing job from start to finish. Their team was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The work performed was thorough and they made sure we were 100% satisfied with the end result. Our home looks brand new- we could not be happier!
