My wife and I couldn't be happier with the service we got from Window World. William and his crew arrived on time after giving us a call to tell us he was about a half hour out . They worked tirelessly to install our six windows and did an amazing job. They were polite, methodical and very neat. We are very happy with the windows and all of the staff at Window World.

Just an update - The owner of Window World, Joey, came to see my windows today and has assured me he will make everything right. Just knowing how much he cares about his business and how much he wants all his customers to be satisfied gives me confidence my job will be done correctly.
A neighbor had her windows replaced by Window World and liked them so I had them install 5 windows. I like the windows but the installation was sloppy, not a professional job. They left a big gap above my window frame and the header of the window, damaged a lot of my existing window trim and sills and the caulking was sloppy inside and outside. I called and Ricky came to look over the job, took notes on all the damage and said he would send someone to fix it all. Apparently, he didn't pass on his notes, so I went through all the damage again. The guy did a fair job on fixing the damage but I still had to do cleanup work and the sloppy caulking wasn't fixed. Then I found a "haze" on a window which I could only see it when the sun was shining through the window. I tried to clean it, couldn't remove it. Again, Ricky came out to look at it and send someone to "fix" it. Still couldn't remove the haze spot so they ordered a new glass. I asked Ricky to give me a new window so the caulk and plugs and all would be done correctly. He stated he would make sure the guys who came to install the new glass would reinstall the frame and redo the caulk and plugs. The glass came, guys put in the glass and left.
I still have sloppy caulk around my windows, plugs that don't properly seal the frame holes. I am praying the windows will hold if we have a hurricane.
Needless to say, I have 12 more windows to replace but I won't be using Window World.
