- HMHannah MasseyFeb 27, 20232.0Nice people- when they answer you. We called and had an appointment for a shower door measurement scheduled. They never showed up. Cut them some slack and assumed they forgot. Gave them a few days and WE called back again and got the measurement scheduled again. They came out, very friendly, measured, and said they would send us door options. We waited about a week- nothing. Reached out and asked for the door options, said they would send some to us soon- still nothing. Reached out 4 times total asking for door options - constantly answering with “we will get them over to you soon” and never actually getting anything. Do not recommend. Also, the fact they don’t have an actual website is kind of sketchy in itself. 2 stars for the actual friendly staff, but do not actually recommend this business.
