- LSLori StewartApr 16, 20265.0We were very impressed with Sloop Heating and Air in Landis, NC. Our unit upstairs went out and a repairman came out right away (as he just finished another job). Michael was our repairman and he went to work immediately and repaired our unit quickly! Michael was very professional and explained what was wrong. We were excited we didn’t need a new unit totally and that he was honest to tell us so. I appreciate the effort to try to repair an older unit versus just saying we needed a new one. We know one day we’ll need a new one, but thankful the effort was first to try and repair. I will definitely be calling them for any HVAC issues!
