- DTdiamond thompsonMar 20, 20261.0Hello all if you can avoid using Tk Elevator please do so. I have had a terrible experience with them as I have been using them for my HOA that I manage. We call them very often and it seems like any work order we put in gets lost in translation we have to call them twice in order for them to send someone out. They keep repairing our elevator for it to break back down a few days later and now after the what feels like the 50th repair now, there is some major problem that they probably should’ve caught a long time ago. If you have a complaint, you will never get a hold of a supervisor and your problem will never be solved. I’ve been trying to speak to a supervisor for a week now. It takes for a man to call their office for them to take you seriously and for them to show you any results.

I was behind the TK Elevator vehicle prior to them passing the blue Honda. Their license plate was KBH-1092. Hopefully you guys will handle this. I’d file a formal complaint but your website makes that difficult.
