The service call was scheduled quickly, the tech called ahead and called after resolving the issue. Easy process from start to finish!

- AGAndy GammutoApr 3, 20265.0Excellent service. Two homes in the Carova 4x4. The HVAC units are fairly new, recently installed by RA Hoy. This was among the first annual maintenance done and it went without a hitch. The technicians were prepared, showed up on time, and got all the necessary work done quickly.
- PDPaulo DMar 18, 20262.0Absolute Predators. Was out of town and A/C stopped working. Thermostat went bad and was charged $700 to install a $60 thermostat that took less than an hour. If I was anywhere close to the property I would have declined and done it myself. On top of that, the technician left the job site without telling me, the guests had to inform me and he left the old thermostat just laying on a table. $700 doesn't even get you a phone call or a courtesy follow up. The only reason they get the 2nd star is they did actually fix the problem but honestly, with so many other HVAC companies in the OBX, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
