- JJJamesFeb 26, 20261.0Not a Fan of this Company. $160.00 diagnostic fee, to tell me I have a Coolant Leak in my system. They said they would be back for cost of $300 to find the leak. So I would be in this for $460 and still have nothing fixed.. No Thanks!

I also have the yearly preventive maintenance agreement to keep our heat and air at peak performance. They always honor their appointments and conduct themselves very professionally.

She scheduled a project manager to come out on Monday. Project manager- Jeff- contacted me prior to appointment and was super informative when he came to house. Very polite and knowledgeable. Took his time, asked questions, wasn't in a rush. Had different options/quotes to me before end of business day. Looking forward to working with them!
