  I called Scott at 11:00AM and he said, "My shoulders hurtin' and I haven't had lunch yet, but I'll be right over"!..... He got a bite to eat and came right over. Him and his helper made a few checks and went straight to work. They pulled the pump by hand (and Scott with a hurt shoulder) found the problem, made repairs. Replaced old PVC with PEX and was gone by 4:00PM. Great work at a great price! My hat's off to "Roger's Well and Pump Service"! Great people!

  I recieved excellent care and advice from the staff on site and everybody was very friendly this is mostdefinitely a top notch business that I highly recommend to anyone needing a well filled or needing their well pump serviced or repaired.

  Heath & John came out and looked over the well system. We had been without water for about 12 days... should have called them sooner! They went straight to work. Our system was the original system installed when the house was built in 1973. They pulled out the pressure tank first, but I wasn't sure it had failed because it wasn't top-heavy. But they cut it open and it was obvious...the diaphragm looked like an old rotten tire! After quickly and professionally installing a new pressure tank (with new fittings & pressure switch) they checked the pump function. It was dead. So they went straight to work pulling the old one, in spite and some overgrown yucca plants in the way! Heath was very up-front about costs and gave me every opportunity to say "yea" or "nea" to proceed further. I'm glad that I gave them the ok to replace the pump and pipe. The old pipe was so rusted out it wasn't funny! They did an excellent job and I appreciate that they let me watch and learn. In the end, they gave me a bill that was $500-600 lower than anticipated. If you live around the King's Mountain area and you need your well serviced, don't spend your time trying to figure out who would be the best company. Just call Roger's. You WILL be thankful you did!
