  My electric panel began to ARC. Scary due to potential fire. Had someone come and they quoted a crazy price. I called John by asking around and his name came up more than once in a good way. I called and him and Tim were very compassionate and knew that arcing was not a good sign. He gave me a quote I could do. But after seeing the amazing work his team did to sort by replacing and upgrading from 100 amp to a what should have been a 200 amp panel was simply amazing. The crew stayed till 10 pm in the install day to ensure i had electric on as it was cold. There were some complication with the outside air handlers and meeting code . He worked with Humphrey Heating and Air and through team work and coordination were able to solve two problems to get signed off by the inspector. I just cannot say enough great things as they my home in their hands. They treated me with this understanding and i could not be more appreciative to understand this and treat me and my family with such care. I really appreciate the hole team. I dont know all their names but they were super as you know who you are. thank you

  I had an electrical issue at my home on North Topsail Beach. After one company did not fix the issue and another didn't show up, someone referred me to Starz. Well all I can say is, I should have started with them, and so should you. Their two electricians arrived on time, were very friendly and professional, and resolved the problem in under an hour. They checked everything out, and explained the problem and how they fixed it. Their prices were extremely reasonable. I 100% recommend them for your electrical needs.

  These guys are THE BEST! We have had them do several jobs for us and ALWAYS, they've been on time, kind, courteous, clean up after themselves and very good at what they do! We were in a pickle on a job this week and the guys that were installing our elevator couldn't go any further because of a blown-out breaker! Called Mr John Starz Elec. And his guys were there in minutes and had the problem solved and taken care of in just a few minutes and made sure there were no other issues! 💕LOVE these guys!! Thank YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!

  I was quoted $140 to replace a floodlight. I ended up being charged $280 after work was completed. I provided everything, they just had to install the floodlight. You should not provide quotes if you're not going to be reasonable and honor the original quote!
