On 11-24-2025 I rented a small dump trailer from Sunbelt. The moment I got out of my truck they were there to assist me. I told the gentleman outside I was picking up a dump trailer. When I walked into the building the gentleman had my reservation pulled up and called me by my name. We did the paperwork and I received a military discount. When I returned to my truck the first guy had the trailer in position for me to back under it. So, I did. He guided me back, lowered the trailer onto the hitch and began hooking it up. After everything was connected and secured, he made sure I knew how to operate the lift and the gate.
Upon returning the trailer I'm meet with the same service as before. I pulled in the lot and I'm stopped by the same guy as before. He tells me to go inside and do the paperwork and he'll take care of the rest. I walk inside and again, I'm greeted with being called by my name. We take care of the paperwork and I receive an additional discount for returning the trailer on the same day. We exchanged the, "I Hope You Have a Wonderful Thanksgiving" plesantries and I left the building. When I returned to my truck, the trailer was disconnected and pulled away from the truck. I thanked the gentleman and exchanged the same Thanksgiving pleasantries and away I went.
Sunbelt had the cheapest price on the trailer rental. I went there because of the price, but I got so much more. I got professionalism, A1 customer service and people that enjoy their jobs. I didn't mention names because I know it's a team effort. There were other people working with them to make my visit/ experience the best it could be. Thank you SUNBELT RENTALS Indian Trails N.C. I look forward to renting from you in the future.

Rented an aerator from this location for a weekend Jaime and John were fantastic-helpful and knowledgeable. The whole process could not have been easier, I would recommend this location for sure.
All you need is your driver’s license or a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card to pay for the rental upfront. No extra deposit is required.

Is a deposit required for a reservation?
For customers without a line of credit, Sunbelt Rentals does not require a deposit to rent tools and equipment. However, you will be asked for payment information when you make your reservation. Your credit or debit card will not be charged for the rental period (one ((1)) day minimum) until you pick up the equipment.
For Credit Customers, we will secure a deposit for your reservation. This deposit will be held within your account until the rental equipment is returned and the contract closed. Apply for a credit account here.
If your project is quick and you only need the equipment for a few hours, Sunbelt Rentals does offer a Rapid Return rate. Return the equipment within four (4) hours of the pickup time and we will refund the difference of the Rapid Return rate. Rates will vary based on product. Call 800-667-9328 if you have any questions.
What if I need to keep my equipment longer?
If you need assistance, please contact the branch of the equipment rental and they can extend the rental for you. When you keep the equipment longer, we will add the additional time and charges to your contract and credit card. Please refer to the rental contract, where the day, week and 4-week rates are shown for each piece of tool and equipment.
Can I return rented equipment at any location?
Typically, equipment should be returned to the same location where you initially rented it. If you need to return it to a different location, please contact the store where you rented the equipment for guidance. It’s advisable to call ahead so we can assist you in finding a convenient alternative location for your return. Your convenience is our priority.
What is the cost for the delivery of equipment to my location?
The delivery charge is calculated based on the category and class of equipment, the location of the rental location, the distance of the project site from the rental location.
Can I get tools and equipment delivered to me?
Yes, Sunbelt Rentals offers convenient delivery options from our extensive network of locations for a reasonable fee. When making a reservation, simply select the delivery option. During the reservation process, you can specify the delivery drop-off date and time, as well as your estimated equipment pickup date. The estimate is for our planning purposes and not a final date.
To initiate our equipment pickup service, you must confirm the end of your rental via the app or by phone. Additionally, if you have specific delivery instructions or prefer a designated contact person for coordination, please include those details when submitting your reservation.
For businesses utilizing a commercial credit account, associated delivery and pickup fees will be reflected in your invoice.
To receive notifications about your delivery, adjust your settings in your account to receive reminders and updates related to your delivery and pickup.
What happens if a tool breaks or quits working while I am renting it?
Sunbelt Rentals inspects and services each piece of equipment prior to each rental and should be in good working order. If you experience problems with the tool while renting it, please go to the specific Equipment Detail page within the reservation to request service. If you need additional assistance, please contact the branch of the equipment rental and they can arrange for next steps or a replacement. If you want to have protection in the event of damage, Sunbelt Rentals offers a Rental Protection Plan (RPP), which can be purchased at the start of your rental.
