  Have called upon Parks for both small commercial as well as residential HVAC work. After years of trying other competitors, there’s no way I’d call anyone before Parks. Extraordinarily competitive pricing from prompt, fair, professional people. No pressure to replace or repair more or less than necessary. No hidden games. I call it as I see it. I’m getting no kickback for saying it. Parks is in a class by themselves and every time I need them they shine through. Give this company the opportunity for a second opinion just once and you’ll be writing a similar review.

  I recently had the pleasure of working with Jordon Coppo, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. From the moment he arrived, he was extremely polite, professional, and respectful. He took the time to carefully inspect my heating unit and made sure I understood exactly what was going on every step of the way. Jordon was not only knowledgeable, but also very patient and kind. He explained the issue in clear, simple terms and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed or confused. It was obvious that he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in doing the job right. I truly appreciated his honesty and the way he made sure I felt comfortable with the work being done. I would 1000% recommend Jordon Coppo to anyone needing help with their heating system.   I've worked with Parks for years, always have had great service. They installed both of our units, yes we've had a few issues with them over the years, but it's how they handle them that sets them apart. Consistent, friendly service and doing the right thing. Most recently, Jordan came out as our upstairs unit was not working. Education was great (made me aware of things I'm doing that are hurting our system), along with explaining proposed services professionally. Coming from a service oriented business I appreciated the options, low pressure, quality work and timely service. Great job Jordan getting us squared away.

  I had a great experience with Park’s Heating and Cooling. I called them out because I was noticing salt stains around my bathroom faucet and was concerned about my whole-house water filtration system. The technician arrived promptly, took the time to explain what was happening, flushed out the water system thoroughly, and reactivated the filtration system. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. I really appreciated how clearly he communicated what he was doing and why. Since the visit, everything has been working great, and I feel much better about the condition of my water system. Highly recommend Park’s Heating and Cooling for their excellent service and professionalis

  I called parks heating and cooling after the snow storm when the heat in my rental unit stopped working. They showed up around 2pm which was pretty quick and I was happy about that. The technician was polite and informative and told me he could not get my furnace to stay working and I should replace it. They promptly got a comfort specialist out there to quote me $9606 to replace it. I thought this was high and not expecting to spend that much, but I was getting ready to pull the trigger because I was in a bind. My husband and dad both told me to get a second quote. The comfort specialist was not happy I was not pulling the trigger the same day. The next day I had two more companies come out, the first got the unit working and said he could not figure why it wasn’t working for the other guy. He also checked for a gas leak that the parks guy said I had and inspected both units. He said they should be replaced but for now it was working. The second guy said the exact same thing, and ran the carbon monoxide meter in every room of the house and found no evidence of a gas leak. I am not sure what happened but two of the three companies were able to look at my system and not find any problems other than it was old. Maybe a safety switch caused it to stop running because it was so cold, but both companies did a thorough inspection and couldn’t find a reason for it not to continue running.
