  Dispatch lied to me about why my services was late; comfort care rep was relentless til they got money from me then have not returned any phones since. Mult messages left. Had a repair done where I was charged $758 with the average cost in this area $80-400. With $400 being a 2+ hr job with a motor that needs calibrated. Mine required no calibration and took less than 20 mins. I have left multiple messages for management to return my call over the past month with no one concerned enough to call back. I want a refund for the comfort care and money back on the job that was blatantly overpriced. But once they get your money, there is no such thing as customer service because they are like most businesses these days… they care nothing about people unless they are getting something out of it. They will rob u blind. So especially if u are on a tight income, go else where and always check the average cost against their charge. Believe me, it’s marked up 5-7X. This is what is wrong with the world these days. Only care about what they can get from you.

  I called Park to report some issues I was having in my house, and they were able to send someone out immediately. Mike Hepler was one of the service techs they sent. You can truly see his passion for HVAC work. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything. He showed us all the issues in detail and had amazing people skills. I never felt like he was trying to be a salesperson he clearly had our best interests at heart. He was able to accurately identify the problems and find a solution.

  Loyal customer for 6.5 years. Tech came today to do an annual check of the 6 year old furnace they installed and maintained since installation. Tech said the heat exchanger was leaking and needed to be replaced along with the collector box. Over $4,000 worth of repairs. Recommended a new furnace and were quick to schedule a comfort advisor to give a quote. I called another company for a second opinion and it turns out there is nothing wrong with the unit. A call to Parks to cancel the appointment and my annual service agreement didn’t ask any questions or try to save me as a customer. It’s almost like they knew what just happened. I almost got scammed.

  Phil was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. He performed a thorough inspection of my heating system for the Fall and patiently answered my questions. I would highly recommend this technician and company. I recently bought a home and experienced some problems with the HVAC. I have had 3 technicians working on different aspects of the system. Only one of the 3 caused me concern. Zack from the management staff took the time to listen to my concerns from an earlier encounter with another technician and followed up demonstrating that he truly cared about how their service was performed.

  Having recently moved to Charlotte from Chicago, this is my first experience with operating a heat pump. Mike Hepler patiently taught me the intricacies of how the system works while diagnosing my issue. While we didn’t hear the “noise” initially, Mike stuck around to ensure he did hear it and put together a game plan to get it fixed. I would recommend Mike and Parks for anyone looking for HVAC maintenance and repairs. Update: While the first diagnosis didn’t fully resolve the issue, Parks continued to work patiently and methodically to identify the exact cause. Zach, Mark, and Mike were all exceptionally thorough in their assessments, carefully considering every possibility until they were all confident in the solution. They promptly ordered the necessary parts and scheduled my next service appointment for next week. I continue to be impressed with Parks and their team as their commitment to finding a long-term fix rather than a quick temporary solution is appreciated. I’ll update again after the next visit.
