    I had a tankless water heater installed by Parks back in 2022 and I am STILL haunted by the terrible job that was done. The latest issue just discovered is that the isolation valves were installed backwards and I have NO way to isolate the tank to clean the system.

    We had a water leak concern and called parks this morning to investigate. Within just a few hours, Larry Richardson (plumbing supervisor) from Parks was on-site to check things out. Larry was incredibly kind, helpful, and thoughtful with helping us understand the possibilities of what could be going on as well as offered a number of cost effective options for us to consider to resolve the issue. Larry patiently answered all my questions in a manner that felt educational and helped me learn more about the intricacies of plumbing. Larry was not pushy whatsoever on pursuing any high cost items and instead showed that he was here to help us figure out an approach to the solution that doesn’t hurt our bank account too much. While the issue has not yet been resolved, we at least feel well equipped with information Larry provided to make a thoughtful choice on how to move forward. We have a membership with Parks and have now utilized them for an HVAC replacement / install, water filtration install, water pressure adjustments, and now for the plumbing. We have been satisfied with their services thus far and will continue to recommend them to others.

    just moved in yesterday mbr toilet leaking - read reviews and called needed help - 2 days bf Xmas! They got to me in less than 4 hours Larry was just super!!! Got toilet fixed and we replaced turn off valves on 2 more He showed me all the water shutoffs in the garage ( remember this was our FIRST day here ) & drained outside faucets so they won't freeze Professional and personable ! We ve found our HVAC/ plumbing services here in Charlotte Thank You !!!

    I've done lots of business with Park, from installing of AC and HVAC units to semi annual inspections. But when it comes to getting an EV installation done I would not recommend. Especially if you're doing it for the Duke Energy rebate, because they will not give you the proper paperwork to get it accomplished. They were supposed to give an itemized receipt of everything that was done required by Duke Energy. This work has been done since October and I still haven't received a response yet. Ashley said she would have Pete finish the paperwork but no response from both of them. I would recommend using someone else, that Duke Energy recommends.
