  Overall not impressed with Benjamin Franklin plumbing. On Sunday, we had an appointment set for 8am, and they did not arrive until 9:50am. Then, for approximately 1hr worth of work, we were charged $500. The only reason we’re giving this 2 stars is because Daniel, the plumber, was very nice and informative.

  Austin Smith went above and beyond during his service visit today. From the moment he was on the way, his communication was clear and timely. Once he arrived, he demonstrated exceptional professionalism, deep knowledge of the issue, and a respectful, customer-focused attitude. He took the time to explain what needed to be done, worked efficiently, and ensured everything was functioning perfectly before leaving. It’s rare to find a technician who combines skill, courtesy, and genuine care for the customer experience—Austin is one of those rare finds. Highly recommended. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is lucky to have him!

  I've had several plumbing companies at my home unable to find a leak or reason for my water usage going from 2400 gallons to 19200 in one month. The tech from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing showed up on time and performed leak detection using compressed air and electronic equipment. He was able to locate a leak under my driveway slab. I'm thankful I called this company and got my leak finally repaired.

  Amazing service! I had a problem and it was handled quickly and efficiently. Aaron was my serviceman and he was very knowledgeable and polite. I would highly recommend this company.
