Nick did an excellent comprehensive service on the furnace using a whole array of tools and gauges, and advised me of what he was doing the whole time. I highly recommend this Company and this experienced tech. Five stars service.

I had questions for him about a whole house humidifier, which he took the time after the HVAC check, to not only answer my questions, but explain which of the 3 kinds I might need for the result I wanted. My maintenance visit was covered by the plan I had purchased through them when I bought the house. I had them come to do some updating and to look over the house in case I missed anything. They were great then and now.

(All of those characteristics are very important to me.) He was able to take care of my problem on the same day. When he was done, he explained my problem to my satisfaction, provided pictures to illustrate his findings, and complete, written diagnosis. Repair person was very knowledgeable

I kept getting alerts and emails regarding how long my auxiliary heat was running downstairs. Brandon called and helped me adjust my thermostats appropriately so that auxiliary heat would run below zero instead of below 35°. I had contacted the main office and within three hours Brandon had resolved my issue. Super happy with ideal.😎
