Their technician that came and worked on our unit Was also Very professional and knowledgeable. If you’re looking for a HVAC company Especially for work you need done fast and done right. So in May 2025, they just continued to bill. In addition, services previously provided were suddenly no longer able to be done due to licensing issues. No longer comfortable with this company.

We met with Matt from sales and he explained our options, answered all our questions and helped us compare systems that would work best with our needs. Today the new system was installed beautifully by Dwayne and Chris. Both men were professional, skilled and really thorough. The work area was left spotless, the unit works great and we are excited to have cleaner air and a much quieter experience moving forward. I would not hesitate to hire them again.
- MCMark ConlonOct 30, 20255.0Nick and Tyler from IDEAL came out to do two system maintenance on our Train HVAC units. Nick was a strong communicator and they were thorough and efficient during their inspection. Nick opted to replace a functioning capacitor trending low and also inspected the duct work from the 1st floor gas pack into the crawl space. Excellent work. The guy's were fully stocked and replaced all 6 cold air return filters. This has not always been the case in the past.
