He really seems to care about the quality of his work and doing right by the customer. They performed some shock chlorination on my well and installed a UV light for my water system and on both circumstances he & his team were happy to talk me through their process and teach me a thing or 20 about maintaining a well water system. We could not get an appt until Monday, and we thought we would be OK, but were wrong. One of the toilets backed up into our showers that evening. Thor's called back within minutes of me leaving a message, and was at the house within the hour (despite having a 6am flight the next day). He identified and cleared a large clog, and provided an estimate for potential long term improvements. He was super nice, efficient, amd professional. I will be calling him for all future plumbing needs, five stars!
