Hunter was a delight to work with, and in a few minutes, fixed other issues that were aggravating us. The filters I bought were a brand they were not familiar with, but Theron made certain they knew everything needed to properly install them and that I knew what I needed to maintain them. Between my purchasing the filters and their pricing we saved a thousand from a quote I got a year before I had the space ready for the filters to go.

Thor's denies that they did that, and were not at all apologetic.

He also replaced inner works of leaky toilet that ultimately had been causing the worry about pump system in the first place. He was prompt, fast, but also careful, and he took the time to explain everything. Wonderful.
