  Nathan was polite and efficient in managing our plumbing maintenance. The team communication was excellent. The solutions were better than expected and good suggestions for improving water flow and quality were given.

  We've used Ted's for years, they upgraded our central heat/ac a couple of years back and it's worked like charm. We needed to have the system inspected because it wasn't cooling. They sent their technician James Schilling out. He was totally friendly and professional and fixed our problem immediately.

  Daniel (plumbing) and James (HVAC) was very knowledgeable. They both answered every question that I asked them with confidence. This made me feel comfortable, knowing that my plumbing and HVAC needs was going to be handled professionally. I would definitely recommend Ted's to my friends and family for their Ted's HVAC, Plumbing, & Electrical needs.

  Nathan and his apprentice, Levi, were punctual, polite, and knowledgeable. These Ted's HVAC staff offered a comprehensive plumbing maintenance check. Nathan and Levi thoroughly checked all sources of water throughout the house and have given us recommended changes, additions and an estimate of cost. We were pleased with their professional attitude and look forward to establishing a continuing business relationship with this company. Thank you, Ted's HVAC!

  Nathan arrived after we called at 4:45p on a Friday. He was friendly and professional. He identified the problem quickly and was clear up front about the cost to diagnose and then to fix the problem. The issue resulted in a mess and Nathan helped us clean up which he didn’t have to do at 7:30p on a Friday night. Very grateful to Nathan and to the company for sending him out late on a Friday.
