- DHDeborah Holloway2 days ago5.0I worked in customer service for 25+ years therefore I know when I am getting A+ service. They don’t just come out and start working, they call ahead of time and offer to bring me a sandwich. And once he got here, he sat down and explained in a polite, friendly, professional manner what he would be doing on this service call. That was not my 1st service call from Ted’s, the previous service call was a different person but the same type of excellent service.
- SBSandi Burton3 days ago1.0Ivan was very professional and polite. Very good about showing me what the problem was and what the results would be if I didn’t act today. He turned off the gas to my furnace and refused to turn it back on. My furnace was working when he arrived but I had no heat when he left. He said there was a crack on the heat exchanger and by law he had to turn the gas off because it’s a safety issue. Well leaving a 74 year old woman in a house with no heat in December is also a safety issue. My system has been maintained twice a year for 18 years and after the previous service was purchased by Ted’s, I’m left without heat on my first PM check. Of course I was given the options of waiting two weeks for parts to have it repaired or purchase a new heat and a/c system. All while I’m on a house with no heat in December. I told him that I would cancel my contract with Ted and when I get a new system it would not be from Ted.
