- CRCynthia RobertsonApr 17, 20261.0No sales at the Hillsborough location. Was given the Raleigh sales number, sent the sales rep a picture of the BFS window tag I needed. He was very disinterested in helping me and told me it would be sometime next week before he could research the window and get back to me. So I called the customer service number. Was given the option of pressing 1 for a call back which I did. Still waiting 3 hours later. Meanwhile I called the Southport BFS location to see if they could order it for me and I could pick it up in Hillsborough (I’ve had good experiences with the Southport location in the past.) but he said he didn’t want to encroach on someone else’s territory. Do then I went to a competitor in Graham, to get a quote for a similar window to match and I had what I needed in less than 10 minutes. I just got my contractor license in July, and it is super disappointing to me that I have to go to Durham or Graham for my building supplies when there is a BFS warehouse less than ten minutes from my house simply because I can’t put in an order. Poor, poor customer service.
