- CDClint DormanAug 6, 20201.0I had a repair appointment scheduled with this company this morning. I did not receive a phone call prior to the technician coming out to the property although they did send a text message at 7:30 a.m. By the time I got the text and walked around the corner to the property, the technician was gone and had left card in the door. I've never had a contractor fail to call and introduce themselves prior to arrival. I've called the company phone number several times since 8:00 and no one has answered. I also sent an email and a reply text and have yet to receive any acknowledgment.
- JRJay RickertsJun 10, 20204.0The SBS-NC technician was friendly, professional and polite. Our AC issue was addressed and corrected quickly. His performance at our home was exemplary. The only issue we had was that we were told to expect the technician to contact us sometime between 12:00 noon and 4:00pm on the day of our appointment. We waited for his call at home all four hours, but never heard anything from anyone over the phone or via text. We called the office shortly past 4:00pm. During that call we were told the technician had been held up and would be with us soon. He arrived at our door about an hour later.
