  I just moved into the Greensboro area and looked around the flooring stores in the area. None of them really gave me the right vibe to commit with any of them. So when I was directed to Parks by one of my colleagues, I drove to High Point and immediately I knew these guys knew what they were talking about. Customer service was on point once they started from start to end. Every phone call and text was answered, and the guys always cleaned every corner they worked on each day. Definitely recommend these guys!

  We really enjoyed the whole process. Ben was very friendly and helpful. The install crew did a great job and were very prompt. I would highly recommend Parks floor covering for any flooring needs. You guys are great!!

  I have a 12 year old bullmastiff that's going blind. to help him out on my dark floor I needed to put a Remnant light carpet path down from the bedroom to the back door. The perfect carpet at an unbelievable price. Even before finding out that me and his son served in the Marine Corps right around the same time. And that his son, Comm'd up my Light Armored infantry unit during Desert Storm. That he also served in the USAF over Vietnam. Looking for a fair, honest price in flooring?? Give them a call.

  I walked in to Park Flooring looking to have a small amount of carpet removed, and replaced in a century old home that we had just purchased. I immediately was greeting by Larry Park (the owner, I presume) who engaged me with questions about what I needed done. As I explained what I needed...he stopped me and asked "Where is the house located?"... I told him it was a couple blocks from the store and he suggested that we just go to the home so he could see exactly what I needed. He shut down his store, got in his car, and followed me to the house. After finishing up at the house, he offered me to take the samples of the carpet back to the place that we were staying...so we could make a selection and get back to him. He just went above and beyond to make us feel like his only customer. Support local...skip the big box!! The carpet install went as planned and looks great!!
