Very patient very helpful excellent customer service very knowledgeable as well. Give them a call or stop by for some of your plumbing needs. I’m from Taylorsville and had never been there but they had what I needed. Excellent job guys.

They have all the supplies I could ever need and I always try to buy locally, but the people employed there make me want to drive out of my way to the Gastonia or Charlotte locations for future needs. I guess you have to be in the good ol' boys club to be treated as a valued customer. I'm not expecting a red carpet to be rolled out for me by any means, but the people you employ are the face and attitude of your company and they set the precedent. Today, the woman who works in the showroom was ranting very loudly and rudely about a customer's expectations of a delivery. On a past occasion, this same woman was very annoyed when I walked up to her desk to ask if a mutual client's faucet could possibly be identified. Both the client and I knew it was a longshot, but was still worth asking. I don't know if she was annoyed that she had to stop scrolling through her phone or that she deemed my question to be unworthy of her time, but it was very unbecoming. I have yet to come across a single employee who is jovial or even remotely interested in the customers in the store. The two star rating is for the fact that the store is well stocked.
