  I'm a dream client, ready to pay cash for a 1 or 2-day, uncomplicated job at a property I own, update and rent out. If I'm satisfied with your work, then I'll hire you for future (probably larger) projects. Thursday, I called WRH Craft for the first time. They quickly provided the phone number of one of their contractors. I texted that contractor with a description of my project and included some photos. The contractor called and (strangely) asked if I can afford to pay for the job. I told him yes. So, he scheduled to meet me at the rental on Friday at 2pm-ish to give an estimate for the work. Friday I arrived at 1:30 and waited in my car for TWO HOURS. I texted the contractor who indicated he can't make it. So we rescheduled for Monday. I asked him to call me an hour before he comes... (as I live 25 minutes away from the property and didn't want to be stood up again). Monday, he texted that he would be at my rental property between 2:30 to 3pm. So I planned accordingly. Later he suddenly texted that he would arrive at 12:40. So I dropped what I was doing and started driving to meet him. Having arrived at the property before me, he called to ask questions, then he told me the job would cost 5 times more than I had anticipated. I said he didn't need to wait for me, as the estimate was way too high. Before ending the call, he complained that he had wasted his time. Wasted HIS time???? Here's the thing: For decades I've been a homeowner, and in recent years, a property investor/restorer. So, I've worked with many different providers. WRH Craft is my first bad experience. WRH Craft needs to be reminded, the #1 Best Advertising is WORD OF MOUTH.

  I have used these guys for a couple of large projects and was extremely pleased with the quality work and creativity. Their crews are very skilled and knowledgeable of construction codes and standards. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. Also the owners are all around great guys.
