It definitely starts at the top down, Rick is awesome at making sure your needs get accommodated. Anyone with a negative experience I strongly encourage to get in touch with Rick and tell him the issues you had before, if you just communicate he will absolutely work with you to help improve the process going forward. Very grateful for the extra support provided by these guys when we’ve been in a pinch on a tight schedule
