- JRJoe RyanDec 26, 20255.0We’re lucky to have multiple good equipment rental companies in this area but the Hickory UR Branch really sets themselves apart by the effort and flexibility put it with supporting small business’s operations that can be pretty hectic. It definitely starts at the top down, Rick is awesome at making sure your needs get accommodated. Anyone with a negative experience I strongly encourage to get in touch with Rick and tell him the issues you had before, if you just communicate he will absolutely work with you to help improve the process going forward. Very grateful for the extra support provided by these guys when we’ve been in a pinch on a tight schedule

We’ve never had nothing but good experiences with them, but recently a few of the managers has left and it has changed completely. As business operators like myself and many others we rely on being able to rent equipment and have a relationship with the company we use. An hr and a half late returning equipment should not cost a chunk of money. Between traffic and everyday setbacks it happens. We’ve never been charged for anything like that because long term customers especially commercial clients should not have to deal with price gouging. I encourage people to use a different company. They’re not the same establishment they used to be. Trace that worked there made sure that long time customers were treated better. Hate he’s not there anymore
