  We had a fantastic experience with Blue Mountain Flooring. From start to finish, they were genuinely friendly, easy to work with, and incredibly attentive. Their customer service far exceeded that of the higher-end flooring companies in town, and the quality of their work speaks for itself. What a gem, a local business that combines professionalism with real care for their customers—I highly recommend Blue Mountain Flooring and the outstanding team they are. Thank you Kyle, Kimmie and Pam, you all were such a pleasure!

  We hired Kyle’s firm last summer upon the recommendation of an interior decorator. We were impressed. He could talk the talk. Ours was a large job that entailed removing all of the floors on the first level of our home and installing new. It turned out he could also walk the walk as things went generally smoothly. However, things took a turn for the worse when it became apparent that some of his subs were not up to their assigned tasks – painters, trim carpenters, etc. He did not insist on payment up front or we wouldn’t have used him. However, if the work was done on day one he wanted payment on day two at the latest. Since his job involved replacing all floors he also had to arrange for furniture movers. When the job was done we discovered damaged furniture and the damages are significant enough that I’m seeking reimbursement. I called him one day last summer and asked him if he had insurance. “Sure.” He said. I sent him a description of damages and repair estimates. Since then I’ve been on his Do Not Call list. I’m about to move to the next level. This is step one of that move. I do not recommend him or his company. I know he’s a small businessman. If he had just called to ask how he could make things right I would feel different about him. Instead, he’s in hiding and I’m being forced to flush him out. That process is just beginning.

  We can't say enough good things about Blue Mountain Flooring. Since we were first time wood floor buyers they helped us every step of the way in determining what floor would be the best for us. They were very patient when we went from a certain kind of floor and guided us to what we bought and we couldn't be happier. The installation was great, they paid attention to the slightest detail. The crew were polite and they did an amazing job. Can't say anything that is not a positive review. I would give 10 stars if I could. Good job Kyle, Joe, Rob and Toby. And of course the crew. I will send everyone your way. If we do any more flooring you are my choice. Carol and Ken Hendersonville NC
