Our unit is ocean side and unfortunately was damaged beyond repair. We worked with the sales team to choose the best solution and the next day the technicians (Chad, Briton, & Fabian) came bright and early…removed all the damaged equipment and installed a new unit by the end of the day. Chad spent considerable time working with us on understanding the new thermostat (wireless)…answering all our questions. I can’t say enough about every member of Pleasant Air.
