Since having relocated from the Chicago area in 2018, Cursio Coastal Construction offers their expertise in construction as a licensed contractor here in the greater Wilmington area. We provide custom home building, renovation and wood-working. Our mission is to provide our clients professional construction services and it is our obligation to make any project move smoothly from initial planning, working along with our clients vision, budget, and an end result that exceeds expectations.

The previous owner said that he had a good experience with Cursio Coastal Construction so we gave them a call. At first, we were a bit nervous having dealt with not so reputable contractors before. Well, Cursio Coastal Construction alleviated all the anxiety that accompanies taking on home construction projects! They provided us with detailed quotes for our remodel projects and delivered on those quoted projects! Remodeling our kitchen, front porch, garage and 4 decks which includes an outdoor shower has transformed our home into a modern showcase island home! I would highly recommend Cursio Coastal Construction to anyone looking to improve or even build your dream home!
