  We hired Nathan and his team for a second time because we had such great results with our first reno at our home. This job was to update our 2 guest bathrooms. He was prompt with his estimate and began the job on time. His team was courteous, and respectful of our home and our time. They showed up ready to work each day they were expected, and completed the job in a timely manner. The quality of the work was outstanding. We achieved exactly what we planned! The construction of a bath/shower enclosure in one bath was completed without any complications or delays. The same was true for an enlargement of a shower space in the second bath. The tile work is impeccable. The finish work for the project was flawless and there was no "punch list" at the end. Nathan's commitment to quality and timely work is hard to match. His team kept the worksite (and my home) as clean as possible. They worked well with our schedule was well as their own and Nathan was very easy to communicate with as we moved through the stages of the work. If we need to have more work done on our home in the future we will not hesitate to use Cursio Coastal Construction again.

  Nathan and Kyle we great to work with. Their work and craftsmanship were beyond my expectations. They have done multiple things in our home and I will definitely be having them do more. I highly recommend this company. I’m very happy with them.

  Nathan and Kyle added a front porch and converted a deck into a screened and covered back porch onto our existing home. My husband and I had in mind the outcome and Cursio Coastal Construction made it happen. Not only did they make it happen, the construction and craftsmanship of Nathan and Kyle was superb. They were very attentive to detail and very easy to work with. We couldn’t be more proud of the way our beautiful porches were completed! We receive many compliments from neighbors and visitors on how much the porches add to the curb appeal. We highly recommend Cursio Coastal Construction.

  Nathan was the general contractor for construction of our new home on Topsail Island. Nathan and Kyle also helped with construction of a work building and repairs/renovations after hurricane Florence at our oceanfront properties. Everyone has always been a pleasure to work with. Nathan offered great suggestions and did carpenty work which really made our home exceptional. We would definitely turn to Nathan for any future projects.
