  Overcharged (which was rectified upon written request). Maintenance check up appointment on fully functioning (older) unit resulted in a nonfunctioning unit. Told unit needed to be replaced, repair not an option. Upon request, owner/operator and original technician returned and reexamined the unit and reiterated that it needed to be replaced. Owner/operator accused me of trying to get a new unit at no cost. I simply requested that unit be returned to original functional state prior to maintenance check. Technician was directed to replace a $125 breaker which returned the unit to fully functioning. Older unit, but still functioning at the time of this review.

Their team showed up on time, worked efficiently, and even cleaned up after themselves—huge points for that alone. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all our questions, and made sure we understood how the new system worked before they left.
