- DWDavid WApr 10, 20265.0These guys are awesome!!! When I’ve had an emergency they were onsite in less than 24 hours. Kelly at the main office is great and a delight to talk to. If you need a new HCAC system, these guys are top dogs!!!

First thing new tech did was check warranty. Unit was repaired in less than a week for $100 thanks to warranty. Don't trust that your service tech is going to check coverage first if you call J&J. That $80 service call was a waste of money.

I get service twice a year with them,no complaints. Mr Alvis the technician takes time to inform me to allow me to make decisions without pressure. That's what I like about JandJ you make the decisions!
