The sales staff is very knowledgeable and upon ordering it went very smoothly, then my night nightmare began. I was told by the sales person that the goods were in stock in a local store that I could get them very quickly, I did have a deadline.I had to meet. The week that I figured they would be delivered.I heard from no one. I called the store and they had no real answer for me. I called the store again the following day and continued for 4 days to find out my delivery date. I was given no definite answer except that someone would be calling me. I even called the store where the goods were located and still no definite answer. Finally the day before my deadline where I needed the goods.I got a call from the shipping company and they arrange shipment with me the following day. They insisted that I would be the first out first delivery for the day. Well, it is now 12 o'clock and no delivery.We found out that they were just loading the goods. Four thirty still no delivery , even though we were just told they should be there in thirty minutes an hrs & 1/2 ago. I have workers waiting for this floor so I had to pay them for not working today, but waiting for the floor to be delivered. I did call corporate office but finds out that they do not have a corporate office so don't bother. They do have overseas customer service representatives that try to help you.Nobody would give me compensation for this issue that I'm having. They said they could not. If you plan on receiving your goods u paid for, do not use this company. To try someone else.
