  We couldn't be happier with our experience with Trotter Brothers Flooring! The team made the whole process so easy for us. We hired them to repair our hardwood flooring, which was no small task, and honestly the finished result blew us away. You'd never know there was ever a problem. What really stood out was the owner personally coming by multiple times to check on the work. That showed just how much they care about getting it right. If you're on the fence, don't be. Trotter Brothers isn't just a great flooring company, they're great people. We're so glad we found them!

  I had such a great experience with Trotter Brothers Flooring. The entire staff was very patient with me as I tried to decide - there were so many options in their gallery. I decided to go with a Berber carpet, which they installed in no time. Their crew was quick and clean (which means a lot to me). They also gave me a great price on an inexpensive option for my small laundry room. Highly recommend! 10 out of 10!

  I highly recommend Trotter Brothers Flooring for anyone looking for quality flooring and excellent customer service. Seaton Trotter was incredibly nice, professional, and went above and beyond. He even gave me a carpet for free! The carpet is high quality and looks great in my home. I’m very impressed with the service and product, and I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again.

  From the first day I spoke with Seaton Trotter about my sewage backup issues in both bathrooms, I knew he was listening and hearing me. He assured me that all would be fine and his team would take care of it. We met to pick out vanities and flooring that wouldn’t clash with existing shower tile. I cannot emphasize enough the professional level of workmanship from beginning to end! Darlene in the showroom was like Vanna White with her tiles. Absolutely precious!! She was very helpful and informative. Excellent attention to details….every last one of them!
