- CMCrusty MarineApr 6, 20265.0Part 1, remediation The players Dakota, my point of contact, arrived on site to assess the scope of the disaster. He explained to me what needed to be done to resolve this situation, as well as the processes involved. Remediation Crew Brandon, Chris, Charlie, Coyote, Patrick, and the rest. Apologies, I did not retain the names of everyone who participated in the labor of cleaning up this water leak event. The remediation crew was friendly, courteous, and professional. Mindful of my home and property. Brandon and Chris were a constant on-site presence, issuing guidance to the crew as needed. The remediation crew carefully started moving furniture and removing the water-soaked materials from my home. An on-site temporary storage pod was delivered to my driveway for the safekeeping of my furniture while the remediation and restoration phases are underway. Fans, dehumidifiers, and hepa air filters were placed throughout the affected areas. Over several days, the moisture levels were monitored , and equipment was redirected as needed. Remediation has been completed. Clean, dry, and safe. Stand by for part 2, the restoration phase.

He was so friendly, so patient with all of our questions, and so incredibly knowledgeable. He made this whole situation feel like you have our back, and we felt we could completely trust the company! We appreciate him and we feel comfortable referring anyone for your services! Wish we could give him more than five stars!!! Matt was terrific!!! So informative, extremely pleasant, and efficient! - PRPatrick RobertsonMar 26, 20265.0RestoPros was outstanding after a shower leak damaged my master bathroom. They arrived within an hour and hooked up fans the same day to get things dry. Insurance adjuster was scheduled to come out the next day and RestoPros sent out Dakota to meet and explain in further what I couldn't. Demo started the day after that and they cleared everything out quickly so the remodel contractor could start work. Huge shoutout to Dakota and the rest of the team — professional, fast, and highly recommended!
