  This company was fantastic. I had some foundation issues with a rental property that I was selling, and it was getting near closing date and they were kind enough to complete the work within a week and prior to my closing date. The work was completed with upmost care and they did a fantastic job! I couldn’t ask for a better contractor!

  I want to share my incredible experience working with Shane and the rest of the team who worked on our floors and crawlspace. My son had been sick for a year with back-to-back pneumonia, colds, ear infections, you name it. After having the house inspected, PHC told us about mold in the crawlspace which was affecting our living conditions inside the home. When I expressed my concerns for my sons health, I felt PHC really cared and worked with us as quick as possible to get this work done. It was a Christmas miracle- the floors were done so quickly that we were able to move back in Christmas week! It took us less than a month to have the crawl space remediated, vapor barrier installed, fogging to get rid of existing mold, and carpet removed/new floor installed in the rooms. I am so thankful for finding this company and their true care, compassion and attention to detail in their work. Thank you and we will be contacting them again for near-future work!

  I started using Piedmont Home Contractors Inc since I joined the ARC of NC which would be in October 2025. Their work, customer service, craftsmanship and most of all patients with the tenants has been extraordinary. The entire staff from the owner John & the rest of his staff which would be Vicki, Morgan, Jesse are phenomenal, we have to give Jesse a big shout out for putting up with the PM that he encounters at the properties that he goes to, he is exceptional in the way he interacts with them & does amazing work always!! Vicki & Morgan are by far a 10 out 10 for customer service, always so friendly, willing to assist with whatever I throw their way, very precise with what the issue may be and are true to their word!! I highly recommend this company for all your home needs !! I give them a definitely 10/10 in all aspects !! Above & Beyond !!

  We had an emergency situation with our toilet on Saturday before a Christmas party. PHC was able to get their plumber there within the hour and he was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to fix our issue and was super clean!
