  Brendan was amazing!! We had a break in the line due to some landscaping we did and they quickly came out (in the rain) to fix it. So grateful for the help and feel like they truly desire to help. I will recommend them to anyone wanting an invisible fence.

  Tracy help me today super nice on the phone, she told me that my board was old and and that due to it had a blown fuse that they would upgrade it to the new inw for a $5 surcharge but I had to drive to Greenville to get it done. She also suggested that I bring in all of my equipment for them to check. So instead on me just replacing the fuse I decided to drive 1 hour and 15 min each way, plus the waiting for them to check it out (they were super fast),gas and my time instead of finding a mini 2amp fuse local. I get there and you have to wait outside, thankfully it was not hot as I had my dog with me. About 10 min after Tracy took my equipment back she called to tell me that she replaced my fuse and I was good. I ask Tracy if she was going to upgrade my board as she told me she would and Tracy said no. I ask why and she said that it did not need to be replaced. I then told here that I took over three hours out of my day to drive to Invisible Fence due to she (Tracy) told me that due to it had a blown fuse (that I could get locally) they would upgrade me to the new board. She said it fixed. When Tracy brought it out I confronted her about LYING to me a wasting my time and money and she said it was fixed, then rudely walked away from me while I was talking to her. When I ask her to stop and answer my question with pure venom she said "I was just trying to help you. In the past they have been good to deal with, However I will not do business with them any more. I do not appreciate being lied to and having my precious time wasted. I also found out from calling Corporate that they are an independent store and that they sent there own price. So do your self a favor. Get your batteries online and use someone else for your repairs.

  Invisable Fence did a great job with installing our fence and helping us train our dog. They are all professional and go above and beyond. Having this fence put in has given us peace of mind and our dog has the freedom to run and play. I highly recommend them.
