They are committed to their customers, stand by their products, and are genuinely enjoyable to interact with. Our new luxury vinyl floors cost mere pennies more than the leading comparable product at any large box stores and were ultimately a better quality product. So, shop local and be astonished. Also, once you have your new floors installed, make sure you ask about padding for your area rugs. We have active dogs and have used all the gimmicky “anti-sliding” products with no avail. Not only do the Trotter Brother’s pads provide extra padding, but they keep your area rugs in place!!! So don’t wait any longer, call today and enjoy. P.S. Trotter Brothers really helped me in the decision-making process and never rushed me to make a choice. I took countless samples home, and they even ordered more for me to try. They have so many carpet options to choose from in every price point. Darlene was especially helpful in deciding on the binding color. The people who delivered my rug were very professional and did a great job. They moved all my furniture, rolled out the pad and carpet and made sure that I liked the placement of the rug before they put my furniture back in the room. In the past, I have ordered flooring for my kitchen and later more for my laundry room which they installed. Top-notch family business! I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
