Christian was the service technician he arrived within the appointment window. He was very patient with me explaining the problem. He started with the least problem of what could cause my problem. And work from that point and discovered a faulty wiring could be the problem. I was thankful, he fixed it and took care of another light switch. I appreciated Michael's professionalism and knowledge of his job. Thanks Christian!! I'd recommend Christian for your electrical work.

While he was there we asked him if he could fix an entirely different issue involving our thermostat and he fixed it as well. He didn’t have to do that as we already had a separate technician coming a few days later to handle that. He said himself that he’ll take a look although it’s not his area of expertise but he still got it fixed. Job well done, thank you Christian!
