  The company Michael and Son is a great company to use for any of the services they offer, including plumbing. I used the company for a plumbing need although I did have a problem with one of the plumbing technicians not checking throughly into what the faucet problem really was, so Michael and Son sent out another technician at no cost (Zachary Malloy) and he was great 👍🏼 very knowledgeable of what to look for in the situation. Zachary takes his time to explain the problem and fixed it the right way. Zachary made sure everything was working properly before he left and cleaned up behind himself. My experience with Michael and Son was great and yes I will use this company again in the future.

  I used Michael and Son for the first time this week. I was very pleased. I needed to have some receptacles replaced in my living room. The tech Christian Hufton was excellent. He was very professional and explained in detail what he was doing to remedy my problem. I would recommend him in the future. My charge was higher as I bought their maintenance plan which covers electric, hvac and plumbing.

  Austin came out and helped my neighbor who was in need after being broken into and left in the dark. I helped my neighbor set up the appointment and needed someone to come out that weekend. We got very quick and professional service from everyone and they helped get an exception from the city to get the work done under extenuating circumstances. Was very happy with the service and for my neighbor.

  I had a very positive experience with Jonathan and his team. They worked as a team in very cold conditions all day until the heating and HVAC installation work was completed. I couldn’t have been more pleased to have the guys in my home! They obviously knew exactly what they needed to do, got on with the job at hand and took pride in paying attention to the details. They were professional, courteous and personable at every interaction. When all was done, Jonathan walked me through all the updates and safety features and explained how the new system surpassed the old one. He even explained the thermostat to me and how it works from my phone. I feel confident that I have a trusted company that will take care of whatever is needed with my house in the future. I highly recommend this company to provide skilled technicians. When setting up the appointments the company sent introductions to each of the team with photos and a short bio of who were scheduled to work in my home. It was reassuring to know that the company provided that level of security to its customers. Based on my experience, I would recommend this company as they value your safety and provide skilled professionals to get the job done!

  Another great experience with Michael & Son... Could not be happier in selecting them to service our maintenance needs. With my mother's dementia starting to advance (she is still ok to be alone for periods of time), I needed someone to take care of her when I wasn't there. Noe was amazing! He also made sure that he talked with my mother, made her feel comfortable, made her feel as though she was just as important in the decision. Though this was a more costly repair, we could not be happier. Noe was very through in his inspection of my mother's HVAC system. He expressed his concern and his opinion on what to do. That was valuable!! It made the decision easier and we where more comfortable with our choice. As someone being in customer service for over 25 years, customer service along with a proven approach caring for their employees is "extremely" important to me and my family. Noe and everyone at Michael & Son are phenomenal, I really couldn't ask for better... They are definitely A+++ in our book.
