  Fantastic experience all around. Our home was built with a boiler, so when it went out, we needed the works: HVAC, water heater, and the electrical upgrade to support it. Michael & Son speedily arranged the job, communicating clearly throughout the entire process, with quick responses to any questions I had. Beyond that, they got the work done in a timely fashion in spite of multiple unprecedented snowstorms. While I'm used to working with general contractors for my work of this scale, I have no complaints about Michael & Son handled this. Further, their employees are outstanding--friendly, approachable, and their work is high caliber. I'd especially like to compliment their electrician Dillon Muratovic, with whom I had the most interaction along the way. He is a fantastic electrician with a diligent work ethic and a very warm demeanor. All told, M&S took a nightmare situation--an old house running on 60 amps with a dead boiler--and brought everything up to date with speed and quality.

  Heat pump was struggling in our last cold snap where temperatures were below freezing for over a week during an ice storm. The break box needed replacing because it had melted some, and indicated wiring problem. Noa was smart, pleasant, diligent and thorough. He explained answers to all of my questions making sure I understood what was going on. I trust Noa. He did a good job.

  My nephew flushed a toy in my toilet so I called Michael and Son on Wednesday and they were able to get me on the schedule for Friday! Phillip came out and gave me estimates for 2 different options and luckily the first option worked! Phillip was friendly, helpful and efficient. Very happy with the service.

  Noe did an awesome job. He diagnosed what was wrong with my heat and took care of it immediately. The price that I was charged was more than fair and there wasn't any hidden charges as with some HVAC companies. Thank you for coming to our need in a timely manner. Certainly will be using this company from now on. God is good.

  Noticed water damage in our ceiling at 10pm, I was able to schedule an appointment online and have a technician at the house before 9am (I did not call the emergency number, this was set up as a standard visit). Our technician- Evan- was incredibly knowledgeable and respectful of house and furniture. He thoroughly explained the issue and best solution and went over pricing before starting work so there were no surprises at the end of the job. He completed the work in about 2 hours (which included opening up the ceiling and diagnosing the issue) and cleaned everything up afterwards. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing issues, no matter the complexity!
