Their tech, Jordan was friendly, professional, and moved with a purpose. The experience has made me move Masters back to the top of my list for plumbing needs. I wouldn't call them terribly cheap, but every single service company has doubled or trip of their rates in the last decade, so you've got no choice.

- RWR.J. WardFeb 6, 20261.0I am giving them one star because they answered the phone at 6:45 on a Friday morning and had a plumber out to my father’s house the same day for a busted pipe. What really hurt was that they gave him a bill for $1,200 for a 30 minute job. The pipe was under the sink and there was no demolition that had to be done, but my dad had to pay $500 for necessary demolition. My dad is an 83 year old Vietnam Veteran that had to have water for the weekend. He had to pay the money. It’s sad that their charges are so much for such a small job!!! Do not look for them unless you have deep pockets!!!!!! So sad this is what companies have turned into!!!
