    Terry was excellent at checking out my heat pump and finding the problem and explaining the situation in terms I could understand. He was thorough and polite and friendly and competent. I really like him.

    My original five star review is below, but I felt the need to amend after a disappointing response when our facilities failed shortly after their "repair." Beware of this company. They provide professional work with a quick response but will not budge on cost despite their own lack of due diligence and root cause analysis. Instead you will be left with a large quote for additional service that may or may not fix the actual problem. My advice: seek an alternative plumber. **original review** Master Plumbers provides expert service with clear scheduling. Jordan and Jeremy are clearly knowledgeable professionals. During their time on the job, they worked hard but still made the time to communicate with us. The end result is that our old house has a new, robust drainage system, and our toilet will no longer throw up.

    Jordan Sears and Robert took care of a blocked drain for my 87 year old day and did a great job. Very nice respectful guys. And a bid thank you to the owner Lee Amos for his help also. Thank you guys.

Steve and Jordan were absolutely fantastic—professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made sure the job was done right the first time. Their attention to detail and respect for our home truly set them apart. It’s rare to find a team that combines such high-quality workmanship with excellent customer service. Highly recommend Master Plumbers Heating & Cooling, especially if you’re lucky enough to have Steve and Jordan on the job!
