We purchased 10 cartons of Bellawood Vineyard Haven Solid Oak Hardwood on 9-25-25 to do 1 room in a house that had the same hardwood in the rest of the house. To say that I am disappointed in the product and the service from Lumber Liquidators would be a gross understatement. First of all for a 10 carton order we were shipped 3 different production runs. The milling was atrocious which made installation very difficult. The joints would not get tight. Fast forward to now.... A claim was filed and promptly denied by a lady in an office who if I had to guess has never handled a box of hardwood much less installed any. Its bad enough to pay $9 a sqft for an inferior product but to not stand behind said $9 wood is horrible. Buy From Lumber Liquidators at your own risk and if you have a problem don't expect any resolution. You have been warned

Fast forward 15 years later and the refresh looks amazing! Scratch resistant and waterproof much better than the old floor ever was. Installation was very fast start to finish only took 2 and a half hours. Thanks LL!!

Alan did an excellent job delivering the planking, but also remembered that he delivered to me from a project two years earlier.… It’s excellent customer service when people remember you.
