  I have been living in my apartment for a little over two years now and with having three boys, it was definitely time to get the carpet cleaned lol Just from soda, spills juice, food spills, coloring spills….. And not the light stains were talking, red stains, Medium dark brown things lol I found this company through a simple Google search and just randomly selected them because they were in my area The booking was easy. I was quoted a price for the cleaning of three rooms. The receptionist was a sweetheart. They contacted me to let me know of when my appointment was. They have multiple payment methods. The service was top-tier quality 10 out of 10 they were quick maybe an hour I would say at the most and they did an amazing job. I would definitely refer this carpet cleaning company to anyone.!!!!!!

  My experience with Hernandez…have used this company multiple times, and I will say that the actual carpet cleaning service is good. The technicians do a solid job when it comes to cleaning the floors. However, the customer service consistently ruins the experience. I had an issue where the servicemen told me the carpet in a new building was not clean due to construction. I even had a video of him saying this . I then called and spoke with someone in billing/customer service I believe her name was Maria—and she was extremely rude and disrespectful. After keeping me on hold for a long time, she did not properly assist me and did not help connect me with a manager. I requested a call back from a manager, but an entire week went by without anyone contacting me. I called again on Friday only because no one had followed up. At that point, I spoke with the assistant manager, Julitza, who said she had already emailed my apartment complex. about the carpet not being clean. Instead of resolving the issue with me directly, the company contacted my apartment office and asked them to tell me to stop calling even though I had only called twice, and the second call was solely because no one returned my initial request. Shortly after, I believe my number was blocked. This level of behavior is extremely unprofessional. Good service means more than just cleaning floors—it also means respectful communication and accountability. If you don’t mind being disrespected or ignored by customer service, then this company may be fine for you. Otherwise, I would not recommend them.

  Excellent service! The team did a fantastic job cleaning our church carpets and pews. They were professional, respectful, and thorough. Everything looks and smells fresh again. Highly recommend their services!

  I found Hernandez Carpet Cleaning to be very professional, courteous, and thorough. He was careful of my furniture and wood floors, using guards and coverings. My carpets look great. I highly recommend them.

  I spoke to these folks on the phone and gave them the exact measurement of my Chinese rug. They told me it would be $84 for the cleaning. When I brought it into their shop, it was $91. That wasn't a big deal. But, what was a big deal is that when I got home and unwrapped it, it still had obvious stains. I wrote them on their website contact form questioning why the rug still seemed unnecessarily stained. I NEVER got a reply! That leads me to believe they either didn't clean it properly and/or don't care about satisfying a customer! UPDATE: This business did take my oriental rug back and recleaned it. It looks remarkably better.
